If you need a new asset, ask for the problem it solves, the audience it serves, and the format you want. "Make it cool" is not evil, but it is not helpful either.

Strong requests include

• Topic and audience.
• Delivery format.
• Practical scenario or use case.
• Required legal or policy caveats.
• Deadline, if reality has become rude.
